Pryčyny zdareńnia pakul što niajasnyja, u palicyi apisali incydent jak «žorstkuju pasadku»: viertalot zahareŭsia pry sutyknieńni z dacham.

Na borcie viertalota znachodziŭsia adzin čałaviek. Ludziej z budynka evakuiravali.
